Russian invasion of Ukraine wasn't originally on the agenda. Nothing can be done now.

Cannot believe PM Lee happily signed Singapore/Russia FTA only in December 2021 and then, imposed sanction in March 2022 (3 months later).

Otherwise Biden could reject all PM Lee's proposal.
