Heavily overloaded, PM Lee is very busy in-charged of too many portfolios including CPIB + attending international conferences.
Carrying too much workload and pressure isn't good.That could be the reasons why he didn't forced the issues earlier on TCJ affairs until 3 years later...
In addition to his family feud, those must have contributed to being diagnosed with cancers twice, and also his fainting on stage.
No good for the country, maybe Parliament can help to relinquish and lighten PM Lee's workloads .

That's the reason why CPIB portfolio should be taken away from him and be transferred to someone else.
