Recalled decades ago when he was at UN he donated 2b without consulting President. It was KJ reform party who spotted it. I fear our reserves anyhow used already so only pap own kaki can be President. Pap forever.

A President prime task is to protect reserves. Anyone who use nation funds to invest unwisely shd be brought to questions and punished according to Constitutiions Code of Conduct. No one is abv the laws.
