Alliance of US, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
TSMC Taiwan is not so willing to set up operation in US as the boss said the cost is too high. But ultimate aim of US is to swallow up TSMC and Sumsung.
S Korea is hesitating and contemplating seriously.
Only Tsai English is very willing to let TSMC to be swallowed up by US.
Conclusion: Can't work.

South Korea is not hesitating, they already made clear if you want us to join they must agree on 1 China policy.
This is the main reason why it wont work.
