Their pay should be reduced. Also check the reduction in their workload and reduced accordingly.

What concern …. do you wanna treat your staffs like children?
The objectives and results are met … what's the diff of WFM or WFO

SOP and procedures … if any breach …. that staff will be held accountable. All staffs are trained and sign off during the SOP and governance training.
Unless you are telling me public servants cannot be trusted or behaves like children …. if so .. its very worrying

our civilization is moving towards a less 'slave-like' work culture where u have to be there from 9 to 5

mother Gaia is moving toward a 'heart' space planet where pple can interract like humans do...not zombies

check the Yuga cycles..its moving towards a golden age of aquarius
where 'slave-like' ebviroment is not tolerated..and certainly tyants will be 'removed' by gaia when these pple dont match the frequency of the planet

mother gaia 'allowed' the covid19 becos it can bring much changes to the planet

What is Parliament "Watchdogs"?

They are sponsored and funded by PAP. But who exactly are these people?

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

As long as they can do their work, it does not matter where they do it. If need to be in office to do, then no choice.

This outdated mindset about working in office must change.

Of course, not 100% WFH. But if work can be done at home, it saves time, cut cost, reduce traffic jams and infections.

Go back for important meetings only.

This is what era liao??

In the case of land scarce Singapore, WFH can free up space to build other things for eg. bigger homes.

But we just need to be disciplined and not abuse....

Those who own REITS will whine.  But sorry. The world is changing, you betted, you lost, hard luck man.

It is human nature to abuse. Only a minority will abide.

LJ Brain and CBAI Mouth from PAP.

PAP Ministers themselves dare not raise this matter up?

So useless. Police . . .cannot WFH just like 220 countries out there.

What is the big fuss when you cannot control this issue yet ignore those that you can control.

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

And bosses know it.  They want their staff to WFO.

And people who had been WFH for two years are not stressed up because one day, the person working from home is a FT working in his home in Vietnam, China, the Philippines, India, Malaysia....and they are worried..

Savings for the boss:

1.  Expensive office and factory/warehouse/shop rental in Singapore

2.  Expensive sinkie wages

Not all work can WFH. Only those whose work is measured by concrete deliverables can. For the rest, many will idle more than work at home.
