Why is it varying?
Making it difficult for some people to claim due to ignorance and health
Should be standard across all
And make this also true for public transport, like SMRT, Comfort, etc
Consumers rights must be protected without them needing to consult any lawyer or fight a legal suit

Every country has different laws. Case like this injured passengers in the U.S. can get 1 million dollars as compensation. In Australia they can get $250k. In Msia and Spore not sure if they can get any compensation…maybe have to engage a lawyer to sue SIA to get compensation.

If the injured passengers didn’t buy any travel insurance maybe
difficult to claim
