It's a bunch of kampung resort build over the beach/sea with a few sea food restaurants?

Those by the sea should be more expensive.

Yes. Went to the nearby Super Lobster Restaurant. Malaysian eat there. Local Lobster worth it. Crabs and Oysters not worth.
