I left ubuntu after the last version something like 2004
My HDD died.
I remember making an installation disk of ubuntu.
I put it in CDROM and click install.
Magic everything update
Now  carried it to watch on andriod tv and my computer
Installed on a SD card.
Everything is fast Internet USB3.0 better USB C
SD card into USB 3.0 0r better.
Iam learning to clone and image.
create image and restore done in DISK app a breeze.
cloning from large into smaller that cloning ill take a little longer.
Installing from RaspberryPi can be done in Ubuntu app.
Everything becomes SMALL

Linux is highly customisable. 
Good for us with a bit of computer knowledge.
There are actually few versions.
I cant remember which one is the best. 
Now too busy, no time for Linux OS.

If you have an old computer, maybe you can try to install Linux to kill your time.

so using LinuxMint will be a better option than Windows 11 ?

i've never used anything but Windows...........also don't know how to install Linux...........

but use LinuxMint, i can still see pics and vids like on Windows ?

if i can't view my porn pics and vids, then my life is as good as over liao

Ubuntu is easy to use. Can watch videos, porn, euro football including EPL, netflix movies including korean drama and movies freely, etc

I did alot of work on Linux very good and lots of open source stuff.

However I would not advise its installation and use for ordinary PC users.

Just the installation part can run into trouble and waste alot of time. Every laptop and PC is tested with Windows by the manufacturer so you never get problems. When you install Linux if everything works it's okay but if say your sound is not working...you going spend alot of time to figure out how to fix it...get the driver etc.

You may not get all the apps you use. Many apps only run on Windows.

It is better to just buy more RAM for your old PC to get it to run Wjndows faster rather than going this route.

Linux is more common in other parts in Asia, more for technical people.
Sg most people are content with windows.
Although windows itself is moving towards Linux platform.
