Many years back, Pfizer did Pharma testing on African countries and killed many young children. If I am not wrong Pfizer CEO also admitted he is not vaccinated. Something not right.

Someone discovers the formula, a medicine, for a cure. The products are ground in powder form and passed to MNCs for testing. The latter has to test it somewhere in the world. If successful, the inventor will receive royalties. TCM medicine is in plant roots, etc. They need to be ground into powder. Then it needs to be added with some medical terms.
