LAURAL, Miss. -- Rasheem Carter, a Mississippi Black man who went missing last October after claiming he was being targeted by white men in his community, was found dead and body dismembered shortly

1. He sent text to his mom saying there are people going after him.

2. He was found with body parts separated  ...he was beheaded.

3. Some one tried to use his credit card after his death.

Must be really illogical not to treat this as a murder investigation. I can understand why mother is very angry.
