Sell new flats and exclude the land cost. After all the land will go back to the Gov

If land cost is included then we shouldn't be paying HDB property tax

I think they use the land size of the whole town. Otherwise the flat that sits on the land will cost peanuts.

PAP import record number of foreigners cost of living goes up as demand for housing goes up....

Seems like inconvenient truth nobody dares to speak up on because tech will just label you xenophobic if you speak this simple truth.

PSP has proposed many alternative policies in parliament.

why WP has never proposed any alternative policy at all in parliament for past 10 years ?

It is easy for WP to say what they want but how to do it ?

if PAP steals the idea, the citizens will benefit because PAP implements the idea.

a good opposition MP is to make sure PAP implement his idea even PAP steals his idea.
because he wants to be MP to improve lives of citizens.

what is the point of being a MP and contribute no idea because he is scared of PAP stealing his idea ?

years later, PAP implemented SDP idea to remove streaming

for many years, SDP had proposed a form of unemployment benefits but was rejected by PAP.
recently, NTUC labour is pushing for some form of unemployment benefits.
let see any news from Finance Minister on budget day.

So u really can't find even 1 good thing that PAP does for citizens in last 30 yrs. That's quite a shame isn't it.

I can tell u things in China how they care for it's citizens. U can even see tons of videos how XJP go to every poor villages to hear their grievances and solved their problems. U see PAP visit those sleeping on the streets everyday?
