Can Chinese Clinics sue Gan KY for not disbursing free masks in 2020?

Clinics are clinics. They see many patients a day.

Why must discriminate Chinese and Western clinics?

Looks like they will finish off the WP this time over this incident.

Nothing surprising. Last election on average counting where WP contestee the total votes for WP was higher than PAP...

The RK incident is to fix WP as opposition MPs and hopefully they are able disqualify WP's MP, and make them lose their seat in Parliament........

I think in the heart of hearts, PM Lee does not welcome PS as the leader of the opposition parties.....If he is able to make PS, SL and FM guilty of lying by RK, then it is a big success for PAP...........

I saw they " the committee also PAP folks " see people to target

One they haven't target yet " see how " is Sylvia Lim

Partly she know law

Before entering politics, Lim had served in the Singapore Police Force and worked in Temasek Polytechnic as a law lecturer. One week after the 2011 general election, she announced that she would be resigning from her job at Temasek Polytechnic after 12 years of service by what she anticipated to be an increased workload after being elected as part of the Workers' Party team for Aljunied GRC. During the same year, Lim also re-entered the legal sector.[3] She is currently a senior associate in Peter Low & Choo LLC.

whereas Pritam Singh been target he seem never study law etc
Singh graduated from the National University of Singapore, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in history in 2000. In 1999, he won the Straits Steamship Prize for being the top undergraduate student in history and political science.[4] He was later awarded a Chevening Scholarship for postgraduate studies at King's College London, where he completed a Master of Arts degree in war studies in 2004.[5][6]

Both Pritam Singh and Sylvia Lim have impressive educational records.  They should be there fighting for the minority in our community.  We must support them, else we may lose an opposition MP to represent the other 39% in our community.......

You forgot the town council incident when she was dragged through mud.

Anyway I prefer they jail PS and Faisal this time so the facade  is strip off for citizens to see.

We.do not need this wayang to carry on.

Under the PAP opposition going to jail is a high risk as the monitor closely until they get chance to strike.

Next one is Leong Mun Wai....they have clearly targeted him for bring up ceca issue and last elect his team was close to winning.

JBJ I have studied his cases closely he was a respected judge and they found ways to charge him and take him down.

Chee was lecturer and they monitor him until they could sack him due to some mistake in claims.

These people were detained and tortured.

How is it that the original lier gets away with a fine, but the people against whom she made questionable claims are guilty of a crime?

they cannot find any evidence to show that WP leaders lied.
based on their judgement (like a jury team), they decided that WP leaders lied without producing any evidence.

they want the police to investigate because police has power to ask telecom companies or facebook to provide records of their messages.
if police cannot find any hard evidence, WP leaders cannot be charged because our legal system is not a jury system.

as long as police cannot find any evidence in whatapps, emails and phone messages/voice recording, WP is safe.
words from mouth are not good evidence because it cannot be verified unless it is recorded

The police has no power under any law to demand records of messages or details of phone calls of anyone, even if they are investigating a capital case
