The property prices there had risen. It will continue to rise. If you have a network in Malaysia, maybe put 1 name under a Malaysian. Then it must be easy to walk to the train station. Those who bought there previously can plan to sell in 2026 before the train station opens. Residential is still better. Commercial is only if you wish to operate there.

Prices may have risen but there's no buyer. Why buy second hand when there's plenty of new developments? The increased in price merely shows that the surrounding new properties are selling at higher prices, doesn't mean you can sell at that price.
