The answer is for Fake Singaporeans like JAC LAU to pay combi amount= $5000 + existing property tax rate
And Foreign PR to pay $88k + existing property tax rate

I’m a retiree and have no income but I think I only receive a fraction of that. Give a lowly 3 figure sum and collect 4-5 figures back in the form of GST and other taxes.
