Its relative!!! If 760 over 8 hours is 95 call per hour. If it is 24 hours is 32 call per hour, on average 2 minute per call.

SO it really depends on how many men tend the emergency call!!! tio boh.

Just put 3 categories of calls

1) Non- emergency and not important
No drop in vital readings
Fine $1000

2) Non- emergency but important
Fine $500

3) Real Emergency and must have ambulance
OK

Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?

Increase manpower and vehicle la and most impt is skillful PR operator to determine if its really emergency. This is health services.Its quality service cannot be compromised.Lazy bum , just want reduce workload discouraging ppl from calling

Why liddat? Every time GST hike also say improve infrastructure and services for healthcare for aging population..... But now say don't keep calling..
