Public should work with social services to better protect children from abuse: Sun Xueling
During the Parliamentary sitting on Jan 10, Minister of State for Social and Family Development Sun Xueling was asked about safeguards relating to child adoption, and measures to prevent child abuse. Minister Sun explained that while the Ministry provides updated and extensive training for its social service professionals, protecting the safety of our children requires involvement from community partners such as teachers or neighbours.
