President Vladimir Putin said Russia is technically ready for a nuclear war — and would be ready to conduct nuclear tests if the U.S. did so.

Dun be surprised that this Russia guy might just do it and let go a nuke at an American target. There are enough US provocations to trigger him into doing this like flying their nuclear delivery bombers around and positioning their nuclear armed warships in strategic strike locations. russia already winning the ukraine invasion as each run down their ammo and ukraine run out first.
also russia adaptation of bomb to become glide bomb is too short time in air to detect and too heavy for patriots to intercept. destroy target like a missile and cheap cheap compared to missile
