A video posted on Twitter showed conscripted men saying goodbye to their families at a sports complex building that appears to be an enlistment center in the eastern Siberian city of Neryungri. The men hugged their families and could not let go for a long time before being carried on a bus and dragged to somewhere. Most appeared to be crying, and some had their mouths covered to hide their sorrow, the Associated Press reported.
