Think dis the GCB her parents left her after spending alot of time and bucks refurbishing it? Thot it would have fetched a much higher price due to historical significance and todays land prices. LWL see beri open. I believe she will donate all to charity. She is nu zhong hao jie. Wish her all the best as she is really frail with illness now.
