Your ideal job will come by if you persevere firmly.

As Singapore workers age, employers will not hire them when they can get younger foreigners. Only when labor market is very tight and economy is strong then they will give older workers a chance.

The pap policies want workers to work until very old but open to importing workers in large numbers. The only jobs for these older workers are shit jobs nobody wants.
