Looks like it is a scam, cos no mention of which bank it represents.  But is it being  facilitated by singtel is another story.  In other words, is singtel in cahoots with the scammer....

Just be sure, for anything that is very suspicious or vague, it is better to check directly with the service provider.

I just realize after reading this thread that I have never receive any emails or SMS from SingTel since I subscribed for more 30 years. All communications so far were by mails only....
