Actually if really base on talents then regardless of sexes should only hire talents that help company make $$$ and grew. They can hire 99% of their staffs as women or LGBTQ also no problem as long as company do very well and roll in huge profits.
But hopefully we don't end up like US, where many companies hire for the sake of diversity and wokeness ish didn't do too well especially those tech and entertainment coy.
There was a time when the country asked ordinary men to do extraordinary things.
But now, they'll only do it for money.
