The Ministry of Health and the Expert Committee on COVID-19 Vaccination strongly recommend that those aged 18 years and above who are medically vulnerable[1] to severe COVID-19, should receive a second booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Nowadays there is no fixed rules on vaccination.
Each one should decide based the merits and demerits of vaccination based on his health conditions, his vulnerability to adverse reactions and his probability of contracting severe illness when infected. You may refer to Dr Leong Hoe Nam's 4 questions to make the decision.

Booster are old variant, not effective against omicron is well published.
and those taken may need a fifth jab very soon.
Nutrition sufficient is almost on par performance with vaccine available now
and work across all variants.
Most will wait for new variant vaccine or better 2nd gen vaccine that
can produce antibodies at the common entry points.
