I already posted. Like that isn't same for CDC voucher , hawkers, shops will increase price.

Parents can also help to look after your baby. First few years of marriage life with kids are the most siong one. You still can have couple time.
Dont be stupid to pay rental for others.
Once you got your house, you wont enjoy such perks any more. You will be on your own.
