Actually in the past the price increased was only for CNY eve, CNY day and one day after CNY total 3 days by those who opened stalls these 3 days. 

So any price increase outside these 3 days is not normal and not ok and very unusual and should not be due to CNY......

- oh ok rah, just increase 10, 20 cents just treat it as the hawker got their bonus give them
than one claim increase during CNY ok but don't forever
