So long as Supervisor or Company voice out or put in the roster, means SBS TRansit demanded that the bus driver must do overtime. Regardless how it is communicated via direct, phone or mail messages.

Unless question like- Are you able to do OT sometime next week? Can you help out for a few hours but choose your preferred day and time. Then tis is a request.

Mr Singh replied: "My instructions are that whenever SBST wanted a bus captain to work on a rest day, it would not require, but it will make a request."

Is this a joke? SBS must be punished for this.
