The Leong guy is a clown. Imagine calling himself Master Leong to self inflate his own importance.
But I do agree with him on one point ie SGX is sheet. That’s what happens when you want to be both the operator and regulator together. And employ useless eunuchs as officials. On par with the useless FAS
