The difference in 'grades' is expected. Nicole has been a lower ses worker most of her life, likely written enough resignation letters. Cheng has a high ses life ruling over others, this might even be her maiden (1st time) attempt at a resignation letter.

Cheng LH is not outstanding as an MP but maybe her looks got her into PaP.
