Haven’t been there for many years. The last time I was there was when half of my entire department decided to skip our annual convention, and went to Desaru instead on a Saturday. Gulped in lots of water as the waves were very strong and high. Almost drowned actually. As my legs could not touch the seabed.

At night at about 1am we were awakened by the park rangers and had to pay kopi lui as they said too many peepur in the chalet. We denied it but they pointed to our sandals and slippers which we did not have presence of mind to hide inside. Those were fun days when female collicks were young, sexy and randy.

Last time when I was doing bmt in pulau tekong, there was a drowning case in the sea. The body cannot be found for days .they then invite a monk. He chanted some prayers, threw a floating ball in the sea....After a while the ball stop moving and stayed at the same spot and that is where the body lie

True. I have an experience this before swimming at Changi. Now I scare to go swim in the open sea. The current come n u find yrself swimming hard against it.

Pls swim in the pool not open sea. And also do not swim at the mouth of the river. This part the current is whirl pool.
