Interesting interview by OYK.. On one hand, he mentioned that "A return to stricter Covid-19 curbs in Singapore will be a last resort", but further down in the article, he said
"I hope that whatever liberty that we now gradually, progressively can return back to the people, we can keep them for next year, even as a new wave arrives."
So, I wonder what is the magic number he has in mind to trigger the last resort, but 1 thing for sure, 3000+ daily is still not high enough for him.
