In accordance with subsection 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Defense and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Military Service and the Status of Military Servicemen":
1. Military servicemen who have completed their term of military service in March-June and September-December 2023 from the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan put in stock.
2. Male citizens between the ages of eighteen and twenty-seven who do not have the right to defer conscription or be exempted from it in March-June and September-December 2023 to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan committee, to be called up for temporary military service in the State Guard Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The local executive bodies should organize and ensure the conscripting of citizens for regular military service in March-June and September-December 2023 through the relevant local military administration bodies.
4. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan for periodic military service arrange financial and material support for the sending of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have been conscripted into the army and the release of military servicemen who have completed the specified periods of military service.
5. This Decree shall be enforced from the date of its first official publication
