Jobs is not workforce. So any organization can go negative jobs without reference to workforce

any how employ to cause labour strain and high wage inflation. then any how cut to cause unemployment.
market need to punish management by selling not buying.
reason why said any how. if can cut just like that means the employment not needed in the first place.
if needed cannot cut that means it is for show and the labour will reappear else where like contract workers etc. loosing large sum of money as compensation with the cut without savings in the long term as cost will reappear in contract labour.
