Classifying foreigners as PRs is ok but lumping PRs as residents and then lumping them together with true blue Singaporeans in a single classification already shows an intention to blur the lines in a surreptitious way. So the intention is clear and 100% of true blue Singaporeans should be angry. The fact that only 66% are unhappy indicates that the remaining 34% are highly likely to be foreigners turned Singaporeans like HC, Amy, KBW, puttocherry & Jac etc

Govt policies like increasing S'pore's population past the 6 million mark has made us the most expensive city in the world. So the Govt is the cause of inflation in our country. If they are serious about controlling the cost of living, reduce our population to 3.5 million residents.
