These European companies should check which of their expat employees are working from home more than half the time. Then move these people to work in Malaysia etc. They do not need to be based in sg. I know of such people who fit this description.

The cost of living is much less in Bolehland, the food the transportation and the rentals of houses are all much less than here.....................
