Yalor, can be very irritating if someone keeps following your backside and filming you. When you tell him to stop, he replied this is public place. See tio whack or not.......

You hv a point.  By not wearing a mask is exposing dangers to others.  The public has the right to protect themselves by telling that person to put on mask.  So, it is obviously a coward of fearing others taking video when he knew it was wrong for not putting on mask in the first place.  The court cannot be lenient to this attacker.

if filming him is offensive, then he should just apologize or explain why he was not on mask, we are forgetful at times but by attacking is not the solution.
