Did you know this high pay system also implemented in Qing Dynasty Yong Zheng era. It only lasted 2 gens, Jia Qing time, rotten badly.

US can attack any country such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, etc and killed their legally elected Presidents.
US can just showed detergent powders as fake evidence of weapon of mass destruction and attack and killed people.
PM Lee never say anything on US about rule-based international order. But he only can say about fake arbitration tribunal which is not from UN but pretend to be a UN court and assert it as international order.
