Looks like the US has the inside information when Putin wanted to declare war on 21 Feb. The information seems very accurate.

Maybe the actual storyline goes like this...

USA and Russia wants to eat Europe. China also invited but China complaint that winter Olympics spending need to show off first. USA wanted earlier so boycott and try to close down winter Olympics but Russia side with China cos buddy.

That why all the big boys have the map liao, so that big boy forces will never clash. Then USA, Russia (buddy China) and UK split Europe.

The US is likely to have advanced information. They are also wary of Taiwan. That is why the US sends its nuclear carrier to the South China Sea and alerts Australia. Unknowing to them, Russia has sent its armed nuclear submarine to the US.

Even though Ukraine has pre-knowledge where Russia would invade, they did nothing, never prepared properly…why like that?
