Real lah. See her other videos. Her guitar is specially tuned though based on what I hear. Not the standard tuning.
Her left hand is doing the bass stuff while the right hand (think she's left handed) is tapping the tune on the frets (I can do this just way worse than her or at least used to until I got nerve compression on my fingers).

Left hand do bass stuff just pressing on the strings?
