I doubt so,
Production is already " dead " in SG for years after Golden period of 70s, 80s towards late 90s.
I still remember there 3M , SeaGate , Philips, motorola, Apple yes Apple do have production plant in SG I used to work there as Part timer while waiting for my NS before.
Some already close their production , left only their office over sea Asia branch etc.
Why investors come SG for production whereas there are cheap labours from Indo, Malaysia , Thailand, Philippines , Vietnam , China, Africa , Brazil etc
