Thats why dun over leverage. By now, everyone know after 40 ... bery hard to get a new job that pays the same as your previous
One way to secure a new job is, lower your expectation and work back up again ..... ego dun get you new job

Those in corporate jobs also not any better. Many overworked people end up dying or pay money to hospital for illness.

Better do a job u love or do small business. That u can move around... Happier🤗

Unless you are CEO before. But must from well known Big Corporation. In fact these above 40 years old CEO usually are been " head hunted " , aka means they no need to find a new job is New Opportunity come to them that new job from other Big Corporation want to pay more to get them as CEO.

Next are those former EX PAP Ministers, even MP. You go search around Board of directors, whatever crap...

Some are formerly EX PAP Ministers and MP.

Look at SPH , hire Kwah , despite he step down resign from Politics as Minister claim Retire Yet been ask to be CEO.
