Should take to court and sue for full compensation.
If you do business to help other people store stuff, it is up to you to make sure that your storage facilities are 100% able to store their items safely and in the very same condition they came in.
Not cook up some BS excuse about how it's not your fault that you sited your warehouse to be next to another business that requires heavy airconditioning use, which can affect the temperature differential within your own warehouse to cause damp and mould to develop.
