They copy from MCD , Burger King etc ads but they are smart in the sense , got put disclaimer claim the image is just for show. Thus this is why cannot get sue etc.

I suspect that many stallholders use the same stock images which are usually not an accurate representation of the end product. Having said that, it is good that Let's Eat at Seletar Mall has been exposed so diners may make an informed decision in future before patronising that eatery. Customers have the right to vote with their feet, and bring their business elsewhere.

No staff will take it upon himself to save money for the stall owner, and risk a backlash from irate customers. I believe that the operator of Let's Eat put the employee up to it.

In place of the fish balls, minced pork and fish cakes which are all relatively cheap ingredients, the stall substituted more carbo in the form of lard coated noodles.

Ever ordered 2 bowls of this noodle in giant tampines. Eggs were missing. Carried the 2 bowls back to the stall and she still insisted she had put the eggs.

The cooks at such stalls are hired help who are merely following the instructions of the owner of the establishment. If my supervisor doesn't tell me to limit each bowl of noodles to a fish ball for example, I wouldn't risk any negative backlash from customers.
