President Yoon thought being submissive would earn him to be admitted to join G7. But he was rejected.  

How to get admitted? He should ask China to include S Korea into Shanghai cooperative organization and BRICS would surely seek SK to be in G7.   

Being a submissive dog would not give him the access to G7.
