A Korean Air Force plane carrying 163 Koreans as well as 51 Japanese and six Singaporeans from Israel arrived at Seoul Air Base last Saturday night.

A government official said the crew allowed Japanese and Singaporeans to get aboard "as seats were available after all Koreans had boarded."
