S'pore 92% of workers stressed : The relentless economic grinding machine

There is a price you are paying all the time for the economy.
If you don't know you better check.

In Singapore competition is relentless whether its for courses in University . For jobs. For housing. For cars.
..you also need to compete for COE.

As if the local competition js not enough, the PAP import foreigners at all level. They too need housing, they too want  cars, their children also want places in university. They also want the jobs that we also need.

92% of Singapore workers experience stress that cause them to not sleep well at night and have stress related diseases.
From young we trade off our well being to compete.  It becomes an ingrained habit to keep paying the price without thinking.

I learned from a young age not to pay the price set by someone else. You can say NO.
Let the lemmings run themselves off the cliff blindly play to a system and rules created by otters.

If you are smart you can see beyond that and be above all that. Every night sleep well and you know.what matters.

I, being poor, have only my dreams; I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

Why those in power need to create such a fictitious stress environment? Are we really needing this????
Who stand to gain most from this?

Actually the 92% are stressed because they lack real skills and are just cruising along in their careers. From my experience, in any company, more than 60% of staff try to do the bare minimum and they will push work away whenever possible.

They're stressed because they know they're getting high pay for very little work done.
