That was 1 time I visited a hospital at the child ward. Only the staff nurse and the cleaner auntie were local. The rest were foreigners.

Foreign nurses are cheaper and are often not FT categories.

This has already brought down the hospital cost  but yet LW dare to say "Social Spending increases our budget' in 2022.

It does not make sense.

Even if the medical cost of machines is high, our SG Utilization Rate has reached Optimum usage

Breakeven is within that 2 or maybe 3 years, not 5 or 10  years!
