The problem lies with their credit terms and their goods return policy.

With things purchased and if the consumers after using or consume them for some times, they are allow to return them. That’s crazy.

Fed also buys the bonds issued by the gahmen treasury. They just increase the supply of money.

All is well provided the USD remains the reserve currency. In theory they can just print money. As long the US army remains the number 1 in the world and protects its allies and friends, these countries will support the US bonds and USD.

But then there is China's digital yuan now. If China keeps growing bigger and bigger, this will be a threat to the USD reserve currency status. That's why Sleepy Joe is so stressed over China... cannot let China destroy them.

But how long can they hold down China?
