Yupe, multi mix development  Rotfl

Level minus 5 to 10 = Data Center
Level minus 3 & 4 = carpark
Level minus 2 & 1 = Shopping
Level 1 & 2 = Shopping
Level 3 - 8 = office
Level 9 -16 = Hotel
Level 16 - 36 = Condo
