Healthcare sector was already having hard time getting locals to join before covid situation. Because the sector pays very badly (excluding the doctors) and is coupled by long hours, tough working environment, demanding clients etc.

And then with the complaint about foreigner labour, the smart folks in tower just do blanket cuts. Basically when it makes it so bad, Singaporeans will say let's open door and legs to foreigners. Complaint foreigner talent they cut foreign workers...
