Checked out the plot maps in papers today.

This upcoming Holland Vista is more like an extension of the existing Holland Vista. Relative to the existing Holland Vista, it is closer to One Holland Village but further from the hawker centre, CC and Rail Corridor. Also further from the shops in terms of walking distance.

About same distance to Holland Village MRT station.

Regarding Tanjung Rhu Riverfront 1 and 2. 1 is closer to the BETTER bus-stop (more services) at Mountbatten Rd and hawker centre. 2 is closer to the the bridge that connects it to Leisure Park and further, Kallang Wave. It is also nearer to a bus-stop at Tanjung Rhu Rd.

MRT stations are nearby but not really walkable. Need to take bus to reach them.

If no supermart and/or foodcourt  are built within the new blocks, not really that good a location. What I like about them is that they are next to the Geylang Park Connector.
